Letting Go
We come into this world with no possessions and we can’t take anything with us. Use the Yoga practice of non-attachment to let go of your material attachments. Downsize your household possessions while you have the health do take charge of your own environment. Make life easy for those who may have to clean up and distribute what you’ve left behind.
Aparigraha is the last Yama in Patanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga. It often translates to non-greed and non–attachment. The yamas are essentially moral guidelines by which to live with regard to our relationship with ourselves and the world around us.
